1

Programmes and accreditation

What types of training programmes do you offer?

Nkwali Training Consultants offers occupational qualifications, skills programmes, regulatory-examination preparation, compliance training and professional-development programmes. The programmes available may change as new courses are approved or introduced.

Is Nkwali Training Consultants accredited?

Yes. Nkwali Training Consultants is registered as a QCTO-accredited Skills Development Provider for the occupational qualifications and skills programmes included within our approved scope.

Accreditation applies to the specific programmes listed within that approved scope. It does not automatically mean that every short course or examination-preparation programme is a QCTO-accredited programme.

Does every course result in a QCTO qualification?

No. Some courses are accredited occupational programmes, while others are short courses, refresher programmes, compliance training or preparation courses. The relevant course page will explain the type of programme and the certificate or result that applies.

Do you offer RE1 and RE5 preparation?

Yes. Our regulatory-examination preparation programmes are designed to help learners understand the relevant legislation, qualifying criteria and examination-style questions. Completing a preparation course does not replace the official regulatory examination.

Can employers enrol groups of learners?

Yes. Employers and organisations can request group enrolment, customised delivery or learner-registration support. Please log a support ticket with the programme name, estimated number of learners and preferred training period.

2

Enrolment, payment and access

How do I enrol in a programme?

Open the relevant course page and follow the enrolment or purchasing instructions. Where an employer is registering you, access may be created manually after the required learner information has been received.

When will I receive access after payment?

Access is normally provided after successful payment and enrolment confirmation. Some employer-funded or manually processed enrolments may require additional verification before access is activated.

Can my employer pay for my training?

Yes. An employer may purchase or arrange training for its employees. Group or corporate enrolments may be invoiced and processed separately from individual online purchases.

How long will I have access to my course?

The access period depends on the programme. The applicable course page, enrolment confirmation or learner communication will state how long access remains available.

What should I do if payment succeeds but the course is locked?

First, confirm that you are signed in using the same email address used during enrolment. If the course remains unavailable, log a learner-support ticket and include the course name and payment reference.

3

Online learning and assessments

Can I complete the training on a mobile phone or tablet?

Yes. Our learning platform is designed to work on computers, smartphones and tablets. A stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser are recommended.

Can I leave a course and continue later?

Yes. Your completed lessons and recorded progress should remain available when you return and sign in using the same learner account.

Why can I not move to the next lesson?

Some programmes require lessons, topics or assessments to be completed in a particular order. Confirm that you have opened all required topics and selected the relevant completion button before attempting to continue.

What happens if I do not pass an assessment?

The number of permitted attempts depends on the programme and assessment rules. Review the learning material and any feedback provided before trying again. Formal occupational assessments may be governed by additional assessment rules.

Are online course assessments the same as official external examinations?

Not necessarily. Course quizzes and practice examinations are learning and assessment tools within the Nkwali platform. An official regulatory, external integrated or QCTO-related assessment may require a separate registration and assessment process.

Results and certificates

How do I obtain my course-completion certificate?

When you meet the relevant completion requirements, an available Certificate of Completion or Achievement can normally be downloaded from your learner account or completed-course page.

Is my Nkwali completion certificate an official QCTO certificate?

No. A certificate generated through the learning platform confirms completion or achievement within the Nkwali learning environment. It is not the final certificate issued by the QCTO.

For an accredited occupational programme, the applicable assessment, moderation, verification, results and certification processes must first be completed.

When will I receive a Statement of Results or official certificate?

Processing time depends on the programme and the required assessment, moderation, verification, submission and certification processes. Nkwali will communicate available results or certification updates when they are received or formally confirmed.

How can an employer verify my certificate?

Where online verification is available, the unique certificate number can be entered on the Nkwali certificate-verification page. The verification result confirms the certificate information held on the learning platform.

What should I do if my name is incorrect on my certificate?

Do not alter the certificate yourself. Update your account details where permitted and log a learner-support ticket. Include your correct full name, the course name and the affected certificate details.

Login and technical support

What should I do if I cannot sign in?

Confirm that you are using the username or email address registered for your learner account. Check that Caps Lock is off and use the password-reset option if necessary.

Why does the login page keep returning me to the same page?

This may result from expired cookies, browser caching or a temporary connection issue. Clear the website cookies, close and reopen the browser, and try again. You can also test another browser or network.

What information should I provide when requesting support?

Please include:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • The name of the affected programme or page.
  • A clear description of the problem.
  • A screenshot of any message displayed.
  • The device and browser you are using.
